Free shipping, with every kit
NovaGlows offers free standard shipping on every order to destinations available at checkout. The minimum order subtotal is $75 USD, after discounts and before shipping and taxes. For other currencies, a rounded local-currency minimum applies and is shown in your cart if your order is below it. Free shipping applies to a single kit as well as our two and three kit offers. Available addresses are confirmed at checkout.
Processing and estimated delivery
Orders normally ship within 1–4 business days. During delays, order processing and dispatch may take 1–7 business days. This is the time needed to prepare and ship your order, not the delivery time. Delivery is usually estimated at 6 to 15 business days after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
International deliveries outside the United States can occasionally take up to 45 days in exceptional circumstances, including customs processing, peak seasonal demand, weather or carrier disruption. These are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates. If a delay affects your order, contact us for help and an updated estimate.
Tracking your order
When tracking is available, it will be added to your order and included in your shipping notification. A newly created tracking number can take time to show the carrier’s first scan. A tracking number alone does not mean the parcel has started moving.
Delivery details and customs
Please check your delivery address before placing your order. Contact us promptly if a correction is needed. Address changes are not guaranteed once processing has begun. Once your order has been processed, it can no longer be cancelled, even if it has not yet been dispatched, except where required by applicable law. Taxes and any duties collected at checkout are shown before payment. Customs requirements vary by destination; free shipping does not itself mean an exemption from taxes or import charges.
Delayed, missing or damaged orders
Email novaglowsusa@gmail.com with your order number if a parcel is overdue, missing or damaged. We will investigate and help arrange an appropriate solution. Please keep photos and packaging where possible if an item arrives damaged. Your rights under applicable consumer law are not affected, and carrier delays do not remove those rights.
Optional order extras
Both extras are optional, charged once per order, and available only with a NovaGlows light kit.
- Shipping protection — priority customer support: $5.00 USD. This adds priority support for delivery questions and issues only. It does not add insurance or change refund eligibility. Our usual help and remedies for missing, damaged or faulty deliveries remain available without this extra.
- Priority order processing: $6.00 USD. We process these orders ahead of standard orders. Carrier shipping times remain the same, and no specific dispatch or delivery date is promised.
Your checkout shows the applicable prices in your selected currency. These extras do not limit your statutory consumer rights.
